Turbo Boost your Diet with our top 10 Thermogenic Foods!
What are Thermogenic Foods?
Thermogenic foods use more calories to digest than they contain, so when you eat more thermogenic foods, you can lose weight more quickly and easily! Even if you’re not trying to lose weight, eating thermogenic foods on a regular basis can make it easier to maintain your current weight. Digesting the food we eat requires calories, and some foods require more calories to process than others. Thermogenic foods are all very low in calories and high in fibre, so they require lots of calories to digest, making your metabolism work harder! The fibre in thermogenic foods helps you feel full even though you are eating very few calories. This is great for anyone on a long term weight loss plan, as they fit easily into many meals and recipes.
You are probably already eating some Thermogenic foods, but incorporating more of them in your weekly diet routine can have positive effects on your Weight Loss or Weight management….

Top Tip: Foods 1-6 can be eaten more abundantly throughout your daily diet but limit foods 7-10 to no more than one portion of each fruit per day. Fruit is full of essential Vitamins and Nutrients but does also contain sugars so it is important not to over eat your daily portion size!
