The Aark Clinic will remain open for Osteopathy Appointments during the 3rd National Lockdown.
We would like to reassure Patients that Osteopathy is classed as a Medical appointment under Government guidelines. We are regulated Key Workers and recognised by the Government as a Primary Healthcare Practitioner.

The Aark Clinic will remain open for Osteopathy Appointments during Lockdown 2.0 in line with Government Guidelines.

You will be required to Wear a Mask & Wash your Hands prior to Treatment. Please Read our Patient Information below regarding the measures required.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS?
You must Re-Arrange your Appointment & NOT come to clinic if you or your Household/Close Contacts have Covid Symptoms. More details below.
PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patients are reminded the Masks are now compulsory, and should be worn before entering the clinic waiting area. Masks are worn by Practitioners & Patients.
- Patients are reminded to wash your hands or use hand sanitiser after entering the clinic waiting area.
- We only have 1 Osteopath in the clinic at any one time to ensure the waiting area is used by 1 Patient only (chaperone must be from your household & must wear a mask).
- If you are considered to be vulnerable or High Risk, please discuss this with us before booking your appointment.
- Please ensure you do not arrive at clinic more than 15 mins before your appointment. This is to ensure there are no other patients in the waiting area.
- Our Receptionist will be off-site, limiting the amount of people in the premises at any one time, but is still available on 01322 788 049 to answer any queries you have.
- You will be asked to sign a consent form in order for us to see you during the Covid -19 Pandemic. Please call for details.
UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES DO PATIENTS NEED TO CANCEL/REARRANGE APPOINTMENTS
- If you are experiencing any potential Covid -19 symptoms (however slight) such as a cough, fever, loss of taste or smell, breathing difficulties, fatigue, cold symptoms, sore throat, headache, light sensitivity, rash etc. Please call to Cancel your appointment 01322 788 049.
- If any members your household /close contacts are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 14 days, please DO NOT attend your appointment & call us to re-arrange.
- If you feel unwell in any other way and/or your appointment is not urgent, It may be advisable to rearrange your appointment for a later date.
